Crab & Salmon Fishcake with Watercress and Crème Fraiche

Roast beef sirloin with gravy from the roasting pan

Traditional roast turkey served with pigs in blankets, stuffing & homemade gravy

Pan-seared fillets of sea bass with lemon crushed potatoes, Dill & white wine sauce

Petto di faraona con zucchine E pomodoro jus
Roasted breast of guinea fowl with courgette, garlic and tomato jus
